Terms of service

Who can play
BoatBrawl is intended for ages 13 and up. You must also meet any higher minimum age or parental-permission requirement where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, involve your parent or guardian as required by local law.
Accounts and gamer tags
You can play as a guest or use an available Google or Apple sign-in option. Protect your account and only use accounts you are authorized to access. Guest preferences are device/browser-specific. Your gamer tag and match activity are visible to other players in your room; do not use sensitive personal information as your tag or impersonate someone else.
Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, bypass purchase checks, harass other players, or use hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful gamer tags. Do not collect other players' personal information without permission. Report abuse or a security problem through Support.
Permission to use the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive permission to use BoatBrawl for its intended gameplay while following these terms. The game, artwork, branding and code remain the property of their respective owners. This permission does not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized commercial distribution. Rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
Premium boats and payments
Core gameplay is available without purchasing premium boats. The current premium offering is an optional lifetime boat pack: a one-time, non-recurring purchase, not a subscription. Premium boats are cosmetic and do not promise a competitive advantage. The product, currency, tax and final price displayed by your store at checkout govern the transaction; availability can differ by platform and country.
“Lifetime” refers to the non-expiring entitlement for the purchased content within the available service, not a guarantee that the game or servers will operate forever. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this description. Purchases are processed through the applicable store and managed with RevenueCat. Use the original store account and the game's restore-purchases option when restoring. We cannot promise that every purchase transfers between all platforms or guest accounts.
Refunds and billing disputes follow the applicable store's procedures and your legal rights. See purchase support. Deleting a BoatBrawl account does not itself refund purchases or cancel any store subscription you may have.
Online play and availability
Multiplayer requires a suitable internet connection. Latency, maintenance, capacity limits and interruptions can affect matches. We may update gameplay, fix errors or change features. Where a change materially affects paid content, we will handle it consistently with applicable consumer law. Private room codes should be shared only with people you want to invite.
Restrictions and ending use
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, cheating, security risks or legal requirements. You may contact support to question a restriction. You can stop playing at any time and follow the account-deletion instructions; that page explains which data is removed and current limitations.
Responsibility and your legal rights
We aim to provide a working, enjoyable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free play. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. We do not require you to waive statutory rights to use support.
